If you have to watch a show, what is the first thing that attracts you? That it should be entertaining, with some good comedy and that it should deal with light stuff and make you feel relaxed. Well, then this show gives you all this and is a step ahead as it also provides audiences with some moral lessons.
The series revolves around these four friends, Dennis, Mac, Charlie and Sunny (who joins them later in the series). These four friends run an unsuccessful Irish bar in Philadelphia. The series generally follows the day to day experiences of their awkward life. Besides the experiences of the four friends each episode deals with some kind of social or political issue. Each episode takes up different issues like gun control, abortion, steroids, underage drinking, and health care, just to mention a few. Often their distorted views and odd ideas result in troubling situations, creating uncomfortable situations for them and for those around them.
‘It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia’ is a very funny and different show. The characters and situations that they end up with, in the show, are very amusing and the show has a different kind of humor to it. Though, it might seem like that the series has a common concept, with four friends and their lives but it is actually completely different. The show is politically incorrect, vulgar and hilarious. The series is considered as one of the best comedy series on television and if you start watching the series once, I am sure you just can’t get enough of it and you will end up being a regular viewer of the show.
